Account for the distance between activity areas
At a sports gathering, mark fields, spectator seating and food areas before placing supplemental toilets. For a route using the Green Belt Pathway, distinguish the start, finish and gathering locations. Avoid making users cross a loading zone or crowd a narrow pedestrian approach. Review an accessible route as well as the unit type; nearby equipment is useful only if people can reach it.
Reserve servicing space before guests arrive
Ask the venue representative where a delivery vehicle may operate and whether a designated hard-surface position is required. Plan drop-off before setup traffic becomes congested and allow for removal after the area has cleared. Include handwashing, restocking responsibility and overnight access if the event spans more than one day. Park permission and the rental booking are separate arrangements.
Compare event coverage rather than unit count alone
Request delivery, collection, handwashing and multi-day servicing in one scope. Clarify who handles supplies during the event.
